So what comes in your mind whenever you hear the word periods or mensturation?
I am writing this topic for those for whom this topic is obscene, inappropriate and a TABOO.
So what is period, what most of us think it as a word which can not be spoken in the public, so biologically the definition is :
A period is a release of blood from a girl's uterus, out through her vagina. It is a sign that she is getting close to the start of puberty.
So the disastrous thing called period is just a biological process which happens with each and every female in this world.
Let me jot down some points about periods which i have in my mind: (Think about these points especially boys )
**you can point out any mistake i have done
** Just imagine bleeding continously for 3-5 days what would be your mood.
**** Imagine blood on your clothes when you suddenly woke up or you are in a meeting or at a public place what would be your condition

**you can point out any mistake i have done
- Think about the pain every girl suffers from periods every month without showing a thing on their face.
- If you are in a relationship, be gentle to her, take care of her, handle her mood swings, talk to her, distract her thoughts .
- Help her with a warm bag during cramps
- Be supportive to the girl during her periods as she has to face the whole society bleeding
- Be a gentleman and dont joke about periods in a negative manner
